Individual License: Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the course materials for your own educational use. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password. Any sharing of accounts is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination of access. Access Duration: Access to the course content is provided for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
 
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership: All materials provided, including videos, worksheets, audio, and curriculum, are the exclusive property of Hebrew Is Real. Restrictions: You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of the content. You may not use our materials for commercial teaching purposes or to create a competing service. Violation: Unauthorized
distribution of our content will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.
 
4. Payments, Trial Period, and Refund Policy

Trial Period: We offer a 7-day free trial. During this period, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us, and no charges will be applied.

Payments: Following the trial period, your first payment will be processed on the 8th day. This date will serve as your recurring monthly billing date. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers; we do not store your credit card information.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription for the following month at any time before your next scheduled billing date.

Refund Eligibility: In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, a refund request may be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase.

Cancellation Fees: Please note that all refunds are subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee of 5% of the monthly price.

Technical Issues: If a technical error on our part prevents access, we will resolve it or provide a full refund if resolution is not possible.

Processing: Once a refund is issued, your access to the course will be revoked immediately.

 
5. Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is designed to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge our data practices as described therein.
 
6. Limitation of Liability
