This comprehensive A1 program follows the CEFR framework to build a solid foundation in modern Hebrew. Students will progress through 40 lessons of 1.5 hours each (2 academic hours), twice a week, starting with basic vocabulary and grammar, and eventually reaching conversational proficiency on everyday topics such as food, family, and places. Each lesson is followed by two additional steps: a 20-minute review of the core concepts of the previous lesson and a 20-minute preparation for the next material. By the end of the course, you will be able to form simple sentences, conduct basic social interactions in Jerusalem or Tel Aviv, and navigate everyday life in a Hebrew-speaking environment.
